Marks/Inscriptions: S. 180 Secord, Geny Stephen ( 1868) came from Canada and was always Known as Gray" Secord. He was one of the well known river ford men of Canty. He was employed by Chas Flowers of the Rakaia Accommo. House May 64. Flowers was also a form ous ferry man . Secord and Henry Dunford wee in part. and diss. part. May by and Secord cared on. marr. 3 2.6.59 Martha Dunford. He d. 18.8.68 He died after a very bad river crossing when he got soaking wet. LT. 28.5.64 : 15. 5.84 : St. Andrews Marr.
