Description
Soldering iron. A blow torch soldering iron which was found at Heriot, West Otago, by the depositor, N.G. Brown, circa 1984. The brass handle of the iron is stamped, "Neuachat. G. Barthel", on one side and, "G.B." on either side of crossed swords inside a ring, on the other. The soldering iron is a very heavy duty model. It is in reasonable condition, slightly blackened and corroded.
