Four conjoined postage stamps, New Zealand, Health, Postage one penny, Charity one penny. Designed by L C Mitchell. Steel die engraved in relief and nickel electrotype plate produced at the Royal Mint, London. Surface-printed in sheets of 120 (12 rows of 10) on Cowan thick chalk-surfaced paper, watermark NZ and star, perforated 14 1/2x14.
