Marks/Inscriptions: F 164 Paterson, James ( was born in Ayrshire, Scot. and learnt farming . He lived in Ayn and Glasgow ow for sume years and came out to N.Z. in the Verona . In '77 he bought 200 ac at Lismore which he later increased to 400 ac. He was a member and chairman of the Sch. Com in. marr. '73 hiss McCall in. 4 sons 2 daus.
