Marks/Inscriptions: O. 134 Otway Rev. Ezra R ( -96) was ordained d eason in 70 and was organising Sec. fir the Auck. Home Moss ion till 74 when he was ordained priest and appointed curate of Mau ken . In 7 5 he came to Canti and was appointed to Gov. Bay parish, which included Little River at that time . He started Little River as a separate parish though still served by the Gov.Bay curate . He was at G v. Bay till '79 and then went to St. Pauls Wgtn But he soon returned to Canty He only did relieving duty there and helped Archd . Thorpe at Wgtn Cathedral. In Dec D Bishop Harper sent him to Fernside to d temporary duty; however he stayed there 6 years. From there he went to Belfast ood r Lincoln which was part of Papa ni Parish . After a spell of Coen Cen cns at Ashburton he went to Lincoln in 92 He d. Lincoln 9.9.96. son John Williams educ. Xs Coll 89. Govt. Sock In spector , Whangaripo d.
