Oxford where he took his M.A. He arrived by the Waimate June 79. He joined the staff of X's Coll July 79. His photo graph will be found in the group of masters X's Coll sch. hist in which C.C. Cork rs the headmaster. He t ought at Coll. til Aug.'8 and again for 6 mouths in '91. He was mathematical mass ter. He was later headmaster Akaroa High School. His nickname at Coll. was "3lift" marr. 11.12.80 at St. Michaelis by Rev . E.G. Penny Edith Mary youngest dau. of John Marshman of Ch. Ch. They lived in carlton Mill Rd. He d. at Nelson 26.1.26 ag. 78. parents Wm. Hopkins Harrison + Harriett Mary Hurle LT. 4.7.79 : X's Coll Sch.
