Marks/Inscriptions: H. 233 Hu rison, George ( ) had a cattle run on the West Coast in part. with Evans and Hope. He was bank rupt in '69 with assets which he estimated at £1 450 and liabilities of (5245. Royse and Madre and Sam Garforth took over his ass ets and paid off his liabilities. They took the run and sold it. They mustered the cattle and found they amounted to 52 adult cattle and 75 calves. This was 408 short of what was ripe ted. The bank rupt was in custody in Supt. 71 and this evidence was heard on an application for his release . Mit also gave evidence about the cattle run and said he himself had lost 79 catte oni : Judge Gresson said he was satisfied that there was wo intention to defraud, and granted Harr isos discharge from confinement.
