Marks/Inscriptions: F. 44 Edgar Robert. 1846- was born in Berw ick shire Scot. and came out to N.Z in the Tudor in '65. He worked for 2 years for Donald McLean, Rakaia and was bullock driver during his last year. In 67 he removed to Temuka where he was Famous for his skill at shearing . In '72 he took up 102 ac. of land at Temuka In '73 he bought another farm of 116 ac. near Seadown . He worked these two farms to 8ether. Cyclop.
