(Inay Heathcote ; also the Wharf auld Stores ( ChCh Quay was one of Dampier s original selections) ; shearing will start at Esk Head 26. 12. 68 (Esk Head was Dampier,s Station ; Ck Head was itself was advertised for sale Feb 71 - 20000 ac. 4500 sheep. on ag6 C.W. It was surveyed as far as Akaroa. Later he sold Waireia and bought the Earl of pantry 's place at French Farm . kan own as Te Ran tahi He died there 25.10.01 aged 66o. marr.i Annie Honey Malyon Sister R.H. Malyon 23.9.62 at Holy Trinity , Lylt. Rev. Fian ad Knowles . she died in the bank house ChCh 17.7.64. marr. 2 - Matilda Catherine younger dau C.E.Dampier 31.10.65 at Rang io2g by Rev. B.W. Dudley. James Buller probably his mother over. who used to Visit him at Lylt.
