Description
One high chest of twelve shallow wooden drawers each with two wooden handles.Two hinged flaps either side lock to prevent drawers from opening. Used for medicines and instruments. Brought to Canterbury, New Zealand, on board the 'Charlotte Jane' in December 1850 by Dr Alfred Charles Barker, grandfather of depositor.
