Description
A flannel roll with a collection of 10 bits of assorted size and manufacture. The roll is of dark grey flannel with straps (one missing) and 15 hand-stitched loops to hold the bits. The collection of bits consists of: a) 5/8 inch "Easterbrook. Sheffied. Cast steel"; b) 12 "D.M.CO.
Cook's pat."; c) 5/8 "W. Gilpin. Wedges Mills. Patent"; d) 6; e) (gouge); f) (gouge); g) "W. Gilpin. Wedges Mill.
Patent"; h) 3/8; i) "5/8 C. Whitehouse & Sons.
Unbreakable"; j) "1 C. Whitehouse & Sons. Inventors".
