Academy pattern 3419 - girls' blouses (2) and shorts. Size 12 years (30" breast). Black and white illustrated front of pattern cover, details of measurements and sewing notions at back of pattern cover. Cost N.Z. 2/6.
Instructions and 3 (out of original 10) pattern pieces (light brown paper) inside pattern cover - these remaining pieces don't look used. Manufactured by Academy Pattern Co. Ltd., P.O. Box 1257, Auckland, New Zealand.
Pattern cover in yellowed, age spotted, ripped (slightly) and creased condition.
