Description
One boxed medal with additional length of ribbon. The medal is the Danneborg of Denmark and gold with red and white enamel. The medal is shaped like a cross with a crown at top. The attached ribbon is white with red edging. The additional length of ribbon is also white with red edging. The box is red leather with red velvet and white satin lining. The medal was presented to Ernest Shackleton in 1909.
