First day cover of the New Zealand Health Stamps, 1938, printed with the words 'Children's health camps - Blessed be the hand that prepares a pleasure for a child, for there is no saying when and where it may blossom forth. . . -Douglas Jerrold'. Three New Zealand Postage stamps are affixed to the envelope: half penny and one penny postage and revenue, and a one penny postage and health which sold for two pence. The proceeds above postage were donated to children's health camps. Postmarked 'BELFAST N.Z. 3OC381' twice on the front of the envelope and 'TAITAPU N.Z 4OC38 1' on the reverse of the envelope.
