Kitchen box

Yellow painted wooden kitchen box from Cape Hallett circa 1959 with "NZARP kitchen box 3" stencilled on top. Inside box is a yellow painted wooden insert which is used as a shelf inside the box when camping. Metal hinges lid and handles on each end. Top is fastened with leather straps and buckles.
