Description
Circular eathenware plate with blue detail. Rim has blue framing and, at centre, blue monocrame centre detail an anchor framed by a leather belt, in a circle, with text "Delcomy.n 1880" within. Used by Mr & Mrs Isaac Ives (donor's mother's parents) while on board the Delcomyn in 1880. They did a "grand tour" of Europe for one year. Mr Ives later Lord Mayor of Sydney.
