A silver Naval general service medal dated 1848 with an attached blue and white striped ribbon and eight clasps. The clasps read "Guadaloupe", "Navarino", "Syria", "Algiers", "Trafalgar", "Egypt", "St Vincent", and "Copenhagen 1801".
