Description
WAISTLINE: Original waistline has been altered. The waistband is 2.5cm wide by 86.5cm long. A 10.5cm panel of darker blue, plain weave linen has been added at the button closure end to extend it. There are pieces of thread still attached to the waistband to suggest several moves of the button. Waistband is topstitched. Left side opening.

SKIRT SHAPE: Very slight flare.
