Description
A metal drill bit designed to be adjusted for width. The drill bit comes in a small wooden box with a sliding cover. The drill bit comes with an extra bit in the box that can be fitted to extend the size of the hole cut. The drill bit starts with a round steel shaft which then extends out to a larger section one side of this section is flat. Into this flat section is cut a keyway. This key way holds one side of the cutting bit the other side is secured by a screw and washer. Below the bit the shaft has a helical twist in the edge of this twist is sharpened. The very tip has a tapered screw thread.
