Description
A small wooden handled scraper used for removing paint from wood etc. Designed so as to enable the blade (hook) to be removed, and a new one inserted. The blade and its metal backing are incorporated into the wooden handle. The metal blade holder has the following information:

If I’m not wrong, the story is that the inventor of the scraper was a Norwegian, and that no one in Norway would manufacture it. He went to England and was successful there.
