Description
Framed embroidered religious picture worked on brown (linen?). Floral border surrounds, at top 1/3rd, "Lamb of God who takest away the sins of the world have mercy on us" and, at bottom "Eliza Coard's work 1852". Lower half of sampler has a lamb lying in front of a brown cross. The cross is flanked by foliate elements. In 60mm thick wooden frame, with gold paint timber. Glazed.
