One landscape format black and white pen and ink drawing on paper mounted on cardboard depicting Alfred Charles Barker's V-hut, named 'Studding Sail Hall' after the use of studding sail for the roofing. Adjacent is a figure of a woman with a lean-to cook house. An inscription reads: Studding Sail Hall, Christchurch, New Zealand, Jan 28/51.
