Description
One black and white photograph of the view from the balcony of 'Midway', looking across Riccarton Road and up Ilam road. A car is on Ilam road heading towards Riccarton Road. Two trams can be seen on Riccarton Road, one to the left and one to the right of the photo. Two children stand at the gate of the property on the north-west corner of Riccarton and Ilam Roads. A native shrubbery has been planted along the Riccarton Road frontage.
