Black paper and card, textured cover with "S" in circle in gold on front. 8 grey-blue card pages: 1st page "Overseas League", ship, quote from Tennyson. 2nd page lists headquarters etc; central pages: "Overseas" (in ink); "This is to certify that Miss Rosa J. Reynolds is a life member of the Overseas League, Date 15 May 1944, Signed Eric Rice, Secretary, Member's No.286103". 7th page has objectives of the League. Black elastic between central pages. Good condition.
