One card-backed, sepia tone photograph showing Christchurch Hospital. In the foreground can be seen the Avon river with a bridge to the proper left side. On the proper left side of the card backing are printed the words "CABINET PHOTOGRAPH". On the reverse in handwritten text the photograph is misidentified as being Sunnyside Hospital.
