Pattern in 13 pieces. Front of envelope gives sketch of finished garment. Reverse gives measurements for pattern variations, suggested fabrics: gingham, denim, linen, cotton, broadcloth, poplin, polished cotton, sharkskin; pattern overview. Envelope encloses pattern and instruction sheet.
Only 10 pieces remaining. In good condition.
