Description
Combination tool - blunt-nosed pliers with hollow steel, slightly curved handles; the upper shoulder of the plier is concave, forming fixed portion of rounded nipper blades.
The handles are bolted onto the plier-nipper. Trade mark stamped into the obverse side of the tool: "MADE IN USA /W SCHOLLHORN CO - NEWHAVEN, CONN - / PAT 6-17-1913; on handle: BERNARD Condition: well-used, but good; very slight rusting.
