One bronze maquette on a sandstone plinth depicting Henry James Nicholas, VC, MM made by Mark Whyte to demonstrate his ideas for a large bronze sculpture of the same subject which was subsequently made in 2007. This maquette is a copy made from a mould of the original maquette.
