Description
Stage One is a clear glass model of a jellyfish-like animal with painted blue lines. Features a sail and eight tentacles, some of which are retracted as well as a downward pointing siphon. Mounted on a wire rod with a circular wooden base. Stage Two is a clear glass model of a jelly fish with fine blue dots painted on the main body and fine grey lines painted on the sail. Features ten tentacles and a downward pointing siphon. Mounted on a wire rod with a circular wooden base. Made by Leopold and Rudolf Blaschka between 1863 and 1882.
