One landscape black and white photograph of a large stone house photographed in isolation. Inscribed to the right of the photograph reads 'C. A. Calvert Esq. Oxford T, Christchurch. Dec. 13 1861'. This house was apparently designed by Benjamin Mountfort for the Maths Master of Christ's College Christopher Calvert and possibly was the city's first stone residence.
