Two men are standing under the arch with another man and horse and dray visible to the right. There are flags atop the arch and across the street in the distance. A store frontage with a sign that reads "Saddle and Harness Maker" is visible in the foreground to the right. Photograph inscribed "Duke of Ed visit" underneath.
