Two sets of four conjoined New Zealand Postage and Revenue half penny stamps, overprinted 'WAR STAMP', affixed to an envelope. Postmarked twice 'WELLINGTON N.Z REGISTERED 4OC.28.5 PM'. A registered mail stamp is also affixed to the envelope: 'R No. 896 WELLINGTON'.
