Description
One New Zealand Postage and Revenue one penny stamp affixed to an envelope. Two superimposed postmarks are present on the from of the envelope: 'WELLINGTON C.I. N.Z. 2MY 1935'; one appears to read '1015' and the other '3PM'. Also postmarked 'AVOID THE STAIRS GET AN EXTENSION TELEPHONE' on the front and 'TAITAPU N.Z 3MY35 2' on the back of the envelope. There is another illegible postmark on the back.
