Description
First day cover of the King George VI Stamp of New Zealand, printed with sketches of Victoria, Edward VII and George V. A half penny New Zealand Postage and Revenue stamp is affixed to the envelope. Postmarked 'CHRISTCHURCH C.I. N.Z. 1.MR.38.7-PM' and 'TAITAPU N.Z 2MR38 A' on the front of the envelope. There is a half Tai Tapu postmark on the back of the envelope. It is addressed to Sir Heaton Rhodes, care of Alister Black [?], Bulla, Victoria.
