Description
Official souvenir cover of the New Zealand Health Stamps, 1948, printed with a drawing of children playing and the words 'Health stamps send children to health camps'. Two New Zealand Postage and Revenue Health stamps are affixed to the envelope: one penny (sold for one and a half pence) and two pence (sold for three pence). The proceeds above postage were donated to Children's Health Camps. Postmarked 'CHRISTCHURCH N.Z. 10 OC 48 2 PM' on the front of the envelope and '[illegible] APU N.Z.'
