Description
Six conjoined postage stamps, Western Samoa Postage and Revenue, A Samoan Chief, three pence. '3d' is printed twice across the centre of each stamp and '1 1/2d' in the bottom corners is blacked out. Printed by Bradbury, Wilkinson and Company, England, and surcharged at the Government Printing Office, Wellington. Wiggins Teape paper, watermarked multiple NZ and star, perforated 14.
