Four conjoined stamps, NZ Post Office, Express Delivery, Secures Immediate Deliver at a Special Delivery Office. Printed from new electrotype plates in sheets of 60 (10 rows of 6) on Cowan thick chalk-surfaced paper, watermark NZ and star, perforated 14x15 (comb).
