Four conjoined postage stamps, New Zealand Postage and Revenue, half penny. Frame designed by W J Cooch. Printed by Messrs Bradbury, Wilkinson and Company on Wiggins Teape esparto paper, watermark multiple NZ and star, perforated 14x13 1/2. Selvedge attached with '19' printed on the left edge.
