Two conjoined postage stamps, New Zealand Postage and Revenue, nine pence. Printed at the Government Printing Office by the lithographic offset process from the plates made by Waterlow and Sons. Watermark multiple NZ and star (sideways), perforated 14x15. Selvedge attached.
