Stamp: New Zealand Seven and a Half Pence

Description
One postage stamp, New Zealand Postage and Revenue, seven and a half pence with cancellation markings in the lower right corner. Set specially cancelled for presentation. These stamps were designed by H L Richardson and on the suggestion of the Postmaster-General, Sir R Heaton Rhodes, were based on the British 1d of 1840.
