Description
One postage stamp, New Zealand Universal Postage, one penny. Selvedge attached with 'R2'and half of an arrow printed on it. An experiment was made by using a comb machine to perforate some sheets of the 1d from the Royle plates, but it was not successful. Perforated 14x14 1/2.
