Description
One postage stamp, New Zealand Postage, five shillings with postmark. Dies engraved by Bock and Cousins, Wellington and printed from electrotype plates at the Government Printing Office, in sheets of 120 (2 panes of 60). Watermarked with NZ and a star. Perforations are a compound of 12 and 11 1/2. The total printing comprised 46,800 of the 2s. and 47,520 of the 5s. but most were used for fiscal purposes.
