Wm. + James farmed Astro in part. and sold out to a syndicate in about 1905 at a high price - about E30.per ac. James Little of Corriedale fame leased Allandale from Grays state and then bought a part of t and called it Dali ny Park . The part ut of il of Allandale left. barring a section bought F.D. Dalziel was bought o leased by Wm. Level Junr. t Amn outed to 1700 ac. He sold 600 ac to Barnett an d then got t bach on his hands. Then he sold it to a returned soldier , called Foster from Omihi. 1060 ac. remaining of Allandale were sold to Tanner an Auck. hardware merchant f . an acre by. Allan Wm. Papprill Neve a son of Wm Jun.v. A. W.P. Neeve retired to live at Amberley. Minson later bought W the business which ot had been Wm. Nees fame inf.
