Marks/Inscriptions: AN. 777 Musgrave T. was a surveyor , one of the party who sailed out with Arthur Wakefield. C.O. Torlesse got to know him and when he rode up to Nelson on a trip in '56 . he looked him up. ' Saw por old Musgrave at the Wakefield Arms (on the way to Nelson) and stopped and had g long talk with him and tried to persuade him to go with mne to Canty.
