Marks/Inscriptions: K. 84 Kenner, John (18 20 -92) married in Eng in 57 and sailed for Melbourne. Their 2 sons died there and after 18 months they came to Lylt. arriving 0.4 59. He was a carter and had a coal yard. He stood unsuccessfully for the Lylt Bo. Conn. Sept. 68. He stood again in Ap.7 and got in this time. He wrote off £30 of debts of those who had suffered in the great Lylt. fire Oct. 70 when 129 horses were destroyed. He sold his coal and Wood business to Capt. R. Wood in Mar. 72. He was re-elected top the poll to the Bo. Coun. Sept. 73. His wife Jane was born at Manen iota , Cornwall 9.9.21. she d. 3. 7.04 ag. 82 s daus. He d. 22.11.92 ag. 72 2' d au. Ellen marr. 13.7.82 Frank A. B romney of Ch.Ch. she was b. '60 d. 1945. dau. Louisa b. 58 d. 1941.
