Marks/Inscriptions: £. 185 Harper, Gerald samuel ( 1929) was the 9n son of Bishop Harper and was educ. at X's Coll. 58-69 . He was Head of the School , Rowley Scholar. 63; M.B. Aberdeen; L.R.C.P. London, 74 ; M.R.C.S. Eng. 74; Brodie P riesman; Fellow Obstet Soc + Med. Soc. London. When at Coll. he was top boy in the 6' Foun in French and English and second in Classics. After the prize giving in '68 he with some others, spoke some lies from Sophocles. He was present at the first C.C.O. B. a dinner held in Landon. 31.3.82 . Vincent Mathias said he was the boy with the most mellifluous voice at Coll. and used to lead the singing of the morning hymn. He travelled considerabl notably with Dean Stanley. He practised in Mayfair , London. He. d. London 29.10.29. X's Coll.
