Marks/Inscriptions: G. 8 Ann, 44 460 Grimwood, Robert (1810 -84) a farm lab. of Suffolk with his wife Marry and his children Emma ,7; Henry 5; Fred 1 came out in the Zealandia arriving 21.9.58 : also on the ship were his three adult sans, James, John and Robert George. He started a flournmia at Rangiora or Southbrook in the 60's. It is impossible to dent ande the father and the der sons in dealings with mills. The Grin woods and Fig.all, Poole, Graham and Fe the Thomp sons held a meeting to take steps to get a post office and they decided it should be in Thompsons store. They then took a vote on the name which should be given to their dist. After some arai ment about the respective merits of Southbrook and Brentwood , Steggall the chairman gave his casting vote for Southbrook.
