Marks/Inscriptions: G.3.56 Grant. Peter ( 1912) came out in the Chrysolite arriving 24.1.62. He worked at Horsley Down for Lance and was head shepherd there. He wrote to his brothers Andrew + William and persuaded them to come out. Acland says he managed Hororata Station for F.J. Savill when Savill was away in Eng. He finally settled in Ash burton and became a sheep dealer He d. at Timaru 1.9.12. Acland : pass list Ref.
