Marks/Inscriptions: G.839. Graham. William (1814-93) was the eldest son of David G ra ham of Polar dock . A4rs4ure and the brother of Douglas , John , Robert - Gavin He had a 400 ac. farm in the Ellesmere dist. called Dunes lyn; his brother John succeeded him in it when he dred. The Ellesmere Cricket Club played regularly on his paddock . He took prizes for cattle at the first Ellesmere Show - held at South bridge, Jan. 71; and at the second show,held at Dec. 71 he won a Hirst prize with his aged short hom brill by Romantic. He was the chairman of the Ellesmere Domain Bd. 79- He d. at Drums lyn 18.9.93 ag 79. John succeeded him and d. there 18.7.96. ag 75 W.B. Andrew q.v. then bought the farm at £15 per ac. other brothers Robert d. at Halstone , Co. Antrim 8.3.71 ag. 49 Gavin - Ballant 29.8.69 ag 39. LT. 6.1.71 : 29.12.71 : 13.3.72 : 1.6.80 : 19.9.93. G.W.
