Marks/Inscriptions: G.807 Gould , Rev. Henry G. (1831-1914 was born in Wole hampton and arrived at Lylt. in '73. He was ordained by Bishop Harper at Michaels 21.6.74 : and was ordained priest in '77. He went to s a Malvern parish in 75 as furst incumbent, St John 's Hororata was opened 8.8.75. It seated 100 people and the land was given by John Cody. He was appointed to Woodend Leithead Sept. 76. He was the first amate to occupy the Woodend parsonage. He wess there till . He used to play for the Amberley Tennis Club team. He left for Ho kiki in Sept. 83 and was there till 89; he was appointed to Oamaru in 1890 as archdeacon. He became Canon and Archdeacon of Dunedin. He was vicar of St. Pants Cathedral when. d he died 27.9.14. marr. at St Michaels 22.1.78 by Rev. C. Coates Margaret Lucy 2' dau of Thos lane Prov. Architect.
